2. No smoking or eating at least 2 hours before class.
3. Do not wear perfume, deodorant, essential oils, and other scented products before and after classes.
4. Do not use strong scented laundry detergents or fabric softeners.
5. Do not use strong smelling soaps, shampoos and conditioners before classes.
6. Class reservations by e-mail are highly recommended! Not available to first timers.
7. Change rooms only; no showers available on premises.
8. For rent/sale: towels - $3, mats - $2, water - $1.
9. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early. Doors lock at the start of each class. Late comers cannot be accommodated.
10. Our class hours will keep improving over time, as this school space becomes more available to us!
