Important Reminders:

1. Payments: At the studio - CASH only; Online: PayPal
2. No smoking or eating at least 2 hours before class.
3. Do not wear perfume, deodorant, essential oils, and other scented products before and after classes.
4. Do not use strong scented laundry detergents or fabric softeners.
5. Do not use strong smelling soaps, shampoos and conditioners before classes.
6. Class reservations by e-mail are highly recommended! Not available to first timers.
7. Change rooms only; no showers available on premises.
8. For rent/sale: towels - $3, mats - $2, water - $1.
9. Please arrive early. Doors lock at the start of each class. Late comers cannot be accommodated.
