We are located in the heart of
Toronto's Downtown, called the Annex - 1/2 block south of Bloor St, on the west side of Spadina Ave.
We offer daily Hot Yoga and 'Cool' Yoga classes, drawing on our long term teaching experience and our knowledge of
the various yoga traditions. Our Hot Yoga studio was the first to introduce Bikram Yoga to
Canada in 1994, and has been the only Bikram Yoga in Toronto for many years since!
Now, more than 15 years later, we are still teaching the
authentic Hot Bikram Yoga classes. Bikram Yoga is suitable for beginners.
Currently, most of our Hot Yoga is Bishnu Hot Yoga
- classes in Bishnu Ghosh tradition, developed by Sasha over the last 8 years. Bishnu Hot Yoga, being more comprehensive and balanced than Bikram Yoga,
was designed to be the 'Hot Yoga of Choice'. Regular practice of the Bishnu Class quickly develops strength and flexibility in the entire body. It is
  Hot Yoga, the Next Generation !
Our Bishnu Hot Yoga comes in two flavours, Basic and Level 1.
Beginner yoga students really enjoy the Basic Class, finding it do-able, simple, balanced, thorough and not exhausting. Experienced yoga students love the
comprehensive total body 'workout' of Level 1 Class!

On a cooler side, we teach Yin Yoga, where the focus is more on bones, joints, fascia and connective
tissues - a great way to complement your HOT yoga practice. Another 'cool' class is Mandala Yoga, where we focus on an even
whole body workout in ways very different from Hot Yoga! Try it out!
Our class packages are flexible, attractive and affordable. Our prices are among the lowest in the city.
You will find that our class hours will suit your lifestyle and schedule, no matter how

Hello! It is my wish here to give you all, who are interested in practising our Hot Yoga in
Bishnu Ghosh tradition, a personal encouragement.
Whatever ailment may trouble you, whatever difficulties you
may encounter during your yoga practice - please do not give up!
Bishnu Yoga is an amazingly powerful healing yoga method. It overhauls, renews and regulates our circulatory, skeletal, nervous, muscular,
endocrine, abdominal, respiratory and spinal systems. It massages, strengthens, lubricates, lengthens, balances, detoxifies, calms, de-stresses. It
slows and even reverses the aging process. It Recharges, Revitalizes and Reorganizes our body during each and every class!
We say, "Never too
late, never too old, never too sick - to start (or resume) the practice of yoga from scratch".
Personally, I am now in the best shape of my life.
My body functions as that of a healthy 18 year old. Feeling great day after day after day! What does it take to feel this way - an Ageless Body,
Ageless Mind? A daily yoga practice. One Yoga class a day really keeps trouble away!
The health effects of your practice need to accumulate
class after class. The less time elapses between classes, the higher the balance in your 'health' account. Each day you do not practise, you lose much of
what you have gained or accumulated. The benefits of yoga practice remain with you as long as you keep reinforcing them on a regular basis. Otherwise,
they are spent due to daily stress, sedentary life style and aging.
You should practise religiously, continuously and without intermission - at
least three times a week, to experience lasting and cumulating health benefits!
For those who really wish to experience Bishnu Yoga's
rejuvenating quality, I would advise a minimum of 5x a week attendance - day after day, week after week, month afer month, year after year,.....This
is where the Inner Alchemy really gets to action, keeping you functionally Forever Young! I am a professional Bikram Yoga Teacher, the most
senior in Canada, having practised daily for over 25 years, and having taught daily for over 15 years. My teaching knowledge is based on direct personal
experience from decades of yoga practice. It is a practical and sure knowledge. It does not fail.
